ZECT develops the Gatack Zecter with Tadokoro is selected to be the test subject, but he failed.
ZECT investigates a case of Worm operating in a factory.
Kagami meets and befriends a boy named Makoto.
Attempts to save the boy, Kagami is enticed to be the test subject for the Gatack Zecter.

Brachypelma Worm Viridis (ブラキペルマワーム・ビリディス): A tarantula type Worm.; This Worm guards a factory from ZECT for secret activities. Later, It mimics Kagami.

Brachypelma Worm Aurantium (ブラキペルマワーム・オーランタム): A tarantula type Worm.; This Worm guards a factory from ZECT for secret activities.

The Gatack Zecter violently attacks the test subjects who are not qualified to use it.
It is learned that Kagami was meant to be the test subject for the Gatack Zecter, but Tadokoro volunteers to take his place instead.
Gatack is claimed to be the strongest Rider among the rest of the Riders.
Makoto is portrayed by Kuwashiro Takaaki who later portrays Katayama Naoki in 2012 Kamen Rider Wizard episodes 10 and 11.
