Kamakiri Nejiraa カマキリネジラー - Voice: Kishino Kazuhiko 岸野一彦

His weapon is a scythe, which in Japanese is also "kama" 鎌, but a different kanji from kamakiri 蟷螂. Same idea though, considering a praying mantis' claws.

He has multi faceted bug eyes, so he's able to see all five of the MegaRangers at the same time. Sorta like Chalice vision from Blade. Unfortunately, the effect in MegaRanger is just a composite shot of the five rangers.
