The Questers make a deal with the Goadom, Jaryuu and Dark Shadow to retrieve 3 Precious, the Caduceus Staff, Philosopher's Herb and Paracelsus' Memory respectively.
The Boukengers try to stop the Goadom and Jaryuu from obtaining their Precious, but fail.
The Questers manage to combine them using the Mercurius' Receptacle and create the Homunculus.
The Homunculus easily defeats the Ultimate DaiBouken and the DaiVoyager.
Meanwhile, Eiji is stucked in a dimension between life and death with his mother.
