Ok, I think that maybe I should leave his name like this as it is then. But it should be ok to change that example on the translating japanese names page since there was a blog link which might confuse people why I didn't use Atsuo Kato instead. His Ameblo link is atsuo-kato, but his Facebook, Instagram and websta.me are Kôsei Katô/Kosei Kato. So I'm not very sure whether its supposed to be Kato Atsuo or not. I think it's ok to just leave it as it is?
