Faiz - The writer/lyrics credit goes to Takebe Naomi who is usually a producer
For Blade, I see that she also was the Kousei 構成, which I see sometimes translated to Storyboard in anime. I'm under the impression that sometimes this is used in place of writer sometimes?
Hibiki's kousei: 土田真通
Kabuto kousei: Naomi
Den-O Director Shibasaki also got writer credits
Kiva writer: Ishibashi Daisuke
Decade has a scripter credit, but I have no idea what the kanji for the given name is.

Yeah, good idea. That way we can avoid having Kamen Rider in each cells while we already have one on top. ---Decade12866
