Important things that happened
- Shitari summons Namiayashi to test his theory that the deep sadness of one human will be better than the sadness of many humans.
- After hearing the Sukima Sensor go off, the Shinkengers find Namiayashi talking with a small boy. After a brief fight, Namiayashi retreats, stating that "The fun begins here". Takeru suggest they split up in order to find the boy.
- Mako and Ryuunosuke find Ryouta-kun near a baseball field, but he refuses to say anything about his encounter with Namiayashi. They follow him home and Ryunosuke, after seeing him practice swinging, breaks down in tears. Eventually, he admits to Mako that he is homesick and misses Kabuki. Mako, unable to resist her nature to "save" weaker people, tries to cheer Ryuunosuke by making him a home-cooked meal.
- The next day, Mako and Ryuunosuke follow Ryouta-kun back to where he met Namiayashi. There, he throws away his baseball eqiupment and purposefully injures himself, telling Mako and Ryunosuke that Namiayashi told him that he would be able to get his grandfather back if he gave up something. Namiayashi laughs and tells Ryouta that it was all a lie, which angers Mako and Ryunosuke.
- Mako and Ryuunosuke transform and begin to fight Namaiyashi, while Chiaki, Kotoha, and Takeru fight Nanashi Renjyuu. Using a combination attack of Mako's Heaven Fan and Ryuunosuke's Water Arrow, they are able to defeat Namiayashi.
- The Shinkengers form Shinken-Oh and defeat Namiayashi's 2nd life.
