Story

• Terui meets Katsuragi Aoi when he's on a pickpocket case.
• The Commander Dopant appears. He requires Terui and Aoi to bring him an item within two hours or else Aoi will be blown up by a time bomb.
• Terui and Aoi are wanted by the public for shooting a fellow officer, Jinno.
• Akiko now worries about her husband's activities with another woman.
• Sagami Hiroshi is the Commander Dopant. The item he wants is actually the GaiaMemory Power-Up Adapter.
• Sagami holds Akiko captive, so that Terui becomes an executioner to eliminate Futo's criminals after being driven into despair of losing a family member.

• Accel is the main character of the story, so he plays a bigger role than W.
• The people of Futo do not have an appearance.
• Terui is now a honest cop, a beloved husband, and a Kamen Rider who protects Futo with love instead of hatred.
• In Movie Taisen Core, Akiko was married to Terui. So her family name is Terui in place of Narumi.
• This is the first and only time that Jinno is given an action role.
• Frank Shirogane opens a coffee shop together with his granddaughter, Lily Shirogane, after retiring from his magic career.

Actor Trivia

• Tanaka Minoru portrayed Captain Sakomizu Shingo on Ultraman Mebius.
  • He committed suicide a few days after this movie went on sale, so this was one of the last things to feature his acting.
• Shundou Mitsutoshi portrayed Mizorogi Shinya / Dark Mephisto on Ultraman Nexus.
• Yamamoto Kohei portrayed Bitou Kouta / HurricaneYellow on Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger.
