During an Alienizer case, the DekaRangers finding an Alienizer who's causing crime because of his apparent hatred for cars. He manages to escapes, but the DekaRangers were able to find out that he's Juuza Seijin Braidy. During a meeting back at DekaBase, Ban became angry with Sen for being at ease and with disagreeing to the plan of arresting the criminal. Ban then demands to Boss why Sen is a DekaRanger, and Jasmine replies that Sen can really do it when he needs to. When the same crime occurred again, there was a fatality involved; it was the death of an alien girl. Her older sister, Kaasas, sobbed over the death of her sister, and then washes Ban's wound by gathering the water in the air with her alien powers that Ban received when he punched the damaged car in frustration of the fatality. Sen then realizes something is wrong and checks on the groceries that her younger sister bought before she was killed and noticed a melted bag of vegetable pilaf.
Back at DekaBase, when Ban came to the conclusion that the mantis Alienizer must be deleted, Sen disagrees again by claiming that something's not right; he then asks Boss for his permission to work on something else, to which Kruger agrees, much to Ban's frustration. The other DekaRangers were assigned to track the Juuza Seijin with the help of Murphy. Meanwhile, Sen goes to a supermarket and buys the same type of the vegetable pilaf that the younger sister had before she died. He delivers it to Kaasas and asks her about what else she could do with her alien powers, such as cutting down metal. However, Kaasas claims that creating water from the air is the most she could do and that Sen can arrest her and investigate her all he wants, but Sen apologizes for the suspicions and leaves.
Meanwhile, Murphy and the other DekaRangers successfully tracked Braidy and presses charges with murdering, but he claims that never killed anyone. The other DekaRanger refuses to believe him and attacks him, but he escapes. When Sen meets up with the other DekaRangers, he claims that there's perhaps another criminal behind the case and mentions Kaasas. Meanwhile, we see Kaasas talking with Agent Abrella, claiming a small favor.
At DekaBase, Swan informs Sen that the cut of the second car was much more smooth than the cut of the first. While doing his thinking pose, Sen discovers something; he visits a factory and had his theory confirmed. When Braidy was seen again, he was relaxing with a dog, but Agent Abrella brainwashes him and turns the alien into a giant. The DekaRangers manages to subdue him, but realizes that he's not guilty of any charges. When Kaasas questioned about Braidy's guilty deeds, Sen jumps out of the DekaRanger Robo and confirms that Kaasas is the true culprit.
When Kaasas thought that Sen was joking around again, Sen claims that her washing of Ban's wounds were her mistake; her sister died, yet she remained totally calm and managed to wash a stranger's hand. The vegetable pilaf that Sen bought from the supermarket also haven't melted while the one her sister bought did. Because of these facts, Sen concludes that Kaasas was at the scene of the first crime, and because of her previous arguments and fights with her sister, she decided to copy Braidy's method and blame him for the death of her sister. When Kaasas claims that she doesn't have the ability to cut a car, Sen transforms into DekaGreen and throws a car at her, thus forcing Kaasas to transform into her alien form and cut the car in half. Everyone is shocked at this revelation, but Sen continues his explanation and claims that he discovered that there are some water that can shoot at mach speed that they can cut through steel. Kaasas finally reveals her true intentions of invading planets that are rich in water, but her sister fell in love with this planet. Because of this, Kaasas decided to kill her sister and blame the crime on Braidy so that she wouldn't be suspected. Sen then became enraged at the fact that Kaasas was willing to kill her own sister, which is a crime he considers to be much more unforgiving than harming strangers. Sen and the other DekaRangers manages to successfully to delete Kaasas. Back at DekaBase, Ban apologizes to Sen for not trusting him earlier before realizing that Sen was already asleep.
