ハートキャッチプリキュア! Aired: February 7, 2010 - January 30, 2011 (49 episodes) The fifth series to be set in its own universe. It follows a shy girl who has a passion for flowers named Tsubomi who becomes a Precure in order to save her friend Erika.

Overview

HeartCatch Precure! begins with Cure Moonlight fighting off Dark Precure and losing; which is then revealed to be a recurring dream of Tsubomi's. At school Tsubomi meets Erika, a fashion obsessed and hot blooded girl who instantly takes a liking to her. Erika is a member of the dwindling fashion club and doesn't want it to get disbanded so she pesters Tsubomi to join. After a falling out, Erika meets Sasorina, who turns her into a Desertorian. Tsubomi happens to see this and after bumping into Chypre & Coffret gains the power to become a Precure, though a weak one. She manages to save Erika, who soon joins her and becomes a Cure herself.
