This Rider appears throughout the series, helping the protagonists. He appears to be in permanent Clock Up mode. It eventually is revealed that Hyper Kabuto is Kabuto Hyper Form, and is thus a future version of Tendou. The movie implies that Hyper Kabuto may actually be from an alternate time line.
