- Kamen Riders in the world of Fourze existed as urban legends. On Tomoko's tablet, she show videos of Ichigou, Super-1, Black-RX, and Kuuga fighting along with a newspaper article of Fuuto Tower in W being attacked. She also was the one who gave Gentarou the idea of being a Kamen Rider and eventually forming the Kamen Rider Club.
