Important things that happened
- Date Akira is the man wielding Kamen Rider Birth. His job is to gather 100 million Cell Medals for money.
- Birth uses Cell Medals as its power source compared to OOO who uses Core Medals. The Cell Medals are used to create gear for Birth like Drill and Crane on his right arm and also used as bullets for the Birth Gun.
- The Yummy splits into two which is a first in the series. The meaning behind it is that Shiratori Rie had a second desire.
- The Medal Holder makes its appearance in the TV series. It was a gift that Hina gave to Ankh. It was first shown in Movie Taisen Core.

Based on a stag beetle, it splitted off from the Kabuto Yummy due to Shiratori Rie's second desire which involves destroying something. Like Kabuto, it has a hard body as well.

Trivia
- The Episode Title refers to Shiratori Rie, Date's favorite food, and Kabuto Yummy being split into two.
- Date has a manual for using the Birth Driver but he doesn't like reading the manual. Also it has a pictures of Eiji and Ankh in it.
- Date calls Ankh "Anko" which is red bean paste in Japanese due to misreading the kanji in the manual.
- Ankh mentions that if he had the ability to create Yummy he would. The reason for this is explained later on in the series.
- The Gorilla Candroid is shown for the first time. It has the ability to detect Yummy and pick up stray Cell Medals into the milk can.
- Ordinary people in general are aware about the Greeed but viewed it as a tall tale like Bigfoot or Nessie.
