Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger

Kodansha Special DVD (講談社スペシャルDVD). This video took place between episodes 38 and 39.

Important things that happened

At the beginning, Gai buys 2 ice creams for him and Captain Marvelous but Karizorg and Insaan shows up.
Insaan attempted to fuse Gai and Karizorg but Captain Marvelous interferes.
Marvelous and Gai combine into one and Karizorg remains temporary.
Insaan test the fusion of Karizorg and a cat, which she called him "Nyarizorg". But Nyarizorg acts as a cat and scratch her into her face.
When Insaan fuses Karizorg back to his normal, Marvelous and Gai shows up and transforms into combined GokaiRed and GokaiSilver.
And so GokaiSilver uses all Red Sentai to fight against Goumins but he runs out of strength.
Insaan fuses Karizorg and Sugoumin to call him "Sugozorg".
Marvelous' turn to transform into GokaiRed Gold Mode and defeated Sugozorg and drops her gun to fuses Marvelous and Gai back into normal.

Monster of this video

Karizorg - Voiced by Seki Tomokazu (関智一)

A remade Barizorg, who was defeated at the hands of GokaiBlue, was built by the Zangyack's advanced technology. It's temporarily empty and has no skills.

"Kari" means temporary.

Using a fusion test, Insaan uses a gun to turn Karizorg into:

Nyarizorg - fuses with a cat.
Sugozorg - fuses with Sugoumin.

Trivia

When the Marvelous/Gai fusion uses the Gokai Silver Ranger Key on Marvelous' Mobirates, the Mobirates yells, "GOKAIGER?!". This is a direct reference to how the DX Mobirates toy recognizes the Gokai Silver Ranger Key.
