He carries on his father's work in fighting against those who use Cosmic Switches for evil. When his father was trapped alone on the moon, in the [[Rabbit Hutch]] he created the Fourze Driver and the 40 Switches. Kengo carries on his father's work by adjusting the Switches, giving support to Kamen Rider Fourze, and creating the Foodroids based on [[Joujima Yuuki]]'s designs.

== Infirmary King ==

Because of his poor health, Kengo frequently visits the infirmary. He uses this as a convenient excuse to carry out anti-Zodiarts activities. In one episode, he admits to the group that he's the Infirmary King.
