The Birth Driver makes its first appearance in the show but it won't be used for a few episodes.

Ankh decides to leave Eiji after being mocked and had enough of Eiji failing him. This puts Shingo's life in danger since he left his body at the hospital.

The Trash Yummy make their first appearance in the show. They are created by splitting a Cell Medal in two.

Based on a Siamese cat , it was created from Tamura Kei's desire to do surgery since she has been deny to do surgery by the director. It's one of Kazari's Yummies which it's inside of her most of the time. When inhabiting Tamura's body, it can create on her right hand a set of surgical knives on each finger. This feature appears on the fully evolved version as well.

The Episode Title refers to the Siam-Neko Yummy, Ankh being annoyed by Eiji and the others' antics, and Tamura Kei.

One of Satonaka's jobs for Kougami is eating the cakes he makes. She goes on vacation in the episode and transfers that duty to Gotou while she's gone. Gotou decides to have one of his subordinates do the job instead since he rather fight Greeeds.

Instead of the regular OP sequence, scenes from Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider OOO & W Movie Taisen Core replaced most of it and will be like this for several episodes.
