It is agreed to place Teruo in the care at the Kikuchi house.
Hanagata strips Murakami off the Smart Brain president position and instates Kiba as the new president.
Murakami intends to get the Orphenoch King into his hands.
Kiba finally becomes the president of Smart Brain.

The surprised Murakami says King has already appeared; which means Teruo is the Orphenoch King judging by the result of the attack.
It is learned that the Orphenoch King requires feeding Orphenochs to grow.
Even Smart Lady refuses to obey Murakami’s orders after he was stripped off from the president position.
