An organization that oversees the [[Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters]] group.

Abbreviated to E.M.C.

Not much is known about the organization. They manage [[Enetron]], which is the most vital human resource in the series. Enetron provides all the power in the show.

They store the Enetron in Tanks. Supposedly there's only supposed to be one Tank at most per district.

To protect the Enetron, they have a Special Missions Department. The Go-Busters are are a squad of modified humans with the vaccine program who are a part of this department. Apparently people do steal Enetron from time to time, but the major threat to the Enetron supply is the Vaglass.

In the show, they imply that the E.M.C. are indifferent to the Special Missions Department and that they're miserly with the Enetron. Although they do give Jin a supply of Enetron at one point (probably to stop Jin from thieving the Enetron Tanks).
