Shadow Line
Archduke Hei
ヘイ大公
- Voiced by Yasumoto Hiroki
- His name follows the naming format of Shadow Line Commanders. His name means "black" in Chinese. Unfortunately for him, "hei" is the onomatopoeia for "letting out a fart" in Japanese.
- On the design sketch from the Blu-ray disc, it says he was designed as a big turban for Glitter if she ever transformed when she was revived. However, this was not used on the show. So it was used for this movie instead.
Tank Top Shadow
タンクトップシャドー
- Voiced by Namikawa Daisuke
- Akira's tank top and friend.
- Tank Top Shadow is designed to look like a tank top on a hanger. In the sketch shown on the Blu-ray, the hanger can be seen separately. On the kaijin, the wide part of the hanger becomes Tank Top Shadow's shoulders, and the hook comes out of his head.

Trivia
- When the adult Toqgers first run into Hei, at some point Hikari takes one of the girl's purses and tosses it at the Kurous chasing them, immediately following with the line "Whoops..."
- Most Sentai Returns movies follow the naming format "Kaette kita... something something sentai". In Toqger's case, it's "Itte kaette kita" which translate to "there and back again" which follows the train theme. The "Itte" part is also on the train signs that have the arrows on them.
- Hei is made fun of because that's the Japanese onomatopoeia for the sound of a fart coming out. This results in Right referring to Hei as "fart". Hei means "black" in Chinese.
- On the design sketch from the Blu-ray disc, it says he was designed as a big turban for Glitter if she ever transformed when she was revived. However, this was not used on the show. So it was used for this movie instead.
- Foreshadowing: Raito's mom and grandfather talk about being busy early in the movie and are seen carrying boxes. They're actually packing stuff up for the move that's revealed at the end of the movie.
- When the adult Toqgers transformed, TOQ 1 did the Kamen Rider Ichigou henshin pose.
- Kagura (Moritaka Ai) winks at least twice in this movie. She frequently winks when posing for the camera.
- Tank Top Shadow is designed to look like a tank top on a hanger. In the sketch shown on the Blu-ray, the hanger can be seen separately. On the kaijin, the wide part of the hanger becomes Tank Top Shadow's shoulders, and the hook comes out of his head.
- When TOQ 7 does his karate chop, he breaks some clothes hangers that Tank Top Shadow is holding.
- Tank Top Shadow is voiced by Namikawa Daisuke who appears in person as the track maintenance worker. Although he plays both roles, the maintenance worker is actually a separate entity from Tank Top Shadow.
- When Wagon is sitting on TOQ 6's chair, the electric sign in the back says "You're being a nuisance".
- When Wagon transforms into Conductor, she says "Intense Make Change" and "I'll punish you". Both of these are references to Sailor Moon.
- When the Toqgers fight the Archduke, one of the locations is Hokkawa Station in Izu. Same with Mio and Kagura talking to their past selves. See picture, the source picture for Hokkawa Station is the one used for the official Japanese wiki page.
Staff Trivia
- Oshikawa Yoshifumi, who played the homeroom teacher, is the suit actor of TOQ 1.
