Important things that happened

Gremlin releases Legion, a Phantom that randomly attacks people that he finds beautiful, leaving them in a comatose state.
This act angers Wiseman, causing him to appear before Gremlin. Wiseman catches Gremlin in a white chain, similar to the one used to bind Legion.
Gremlin asks Wiseman to tell him about Phantoms, mages, and the Philosopher's Stone.
It's revealed that Legion finds beautiful people and enters their Underworld to destroy it, which gives him pleasure.
Legion enters Haruto's Underworld and starts destroying it. Nitou uses Engage to enter Haruto's Underworld, but it's too late. Legion destroys it, and Haruto loses his magic.
Koyomi reveals that the magical power that Haruto gives her isn't lasting as long. She's recharged again at the beginning of the episode.

A Phantom with multiple mouths on his body. He looks for beautiful people. When he finds a person that interests him, he yells out Exciting and attacks them, leaving them in a coma.
In his human form he wears a dirty white outfit.

Legion is based on the many demons that possessed a man in the Bible. Like in the Bible, this Legion can enter people's hearts to destroy them. His personality is also a combination of many disparate aspects, and his monster form have different faces on his arms and back.
The name of Legion's weapon is Har Məgiddô which is where the word Armageddon comes from. He uses this weapon to create gashes which allows him into people's hearts, the Underworld.
