• Just A Way is the name of a real Japanese thoroughbred horse. In April 2014 he was rated the best racehorse in the world.[1]
• Maybe it's because she was called fat in a previous episode, but Mio says she wants a low calorie bentou.
• Hikari goes against the grain and grabs a sandwich instead of bentou. He's been known to eat sandwiches in a previous episode since he ate Mio's, plus he's known to be a picky eater. He probably just chose a sandwich this time because it's easier to read eating a sandwich than a bentou.
• Tokacchi has a pinky swear with Akira, which is a little childish.
