=Plot
Oki Kazuya is a researcher of a secret team at the International Space Development Research Institute, which focuses their research on space development.
Kazuya undergoes an operation to turn himself into a cyborg, code-named Super-1, for the purpose of space development.
However, before Kazuya could set off into space, the Dogma attack the research institute, killing off all of his fellow researchers. Because of a prior sabotage, he is unable to use the aid of the computer to transform to fight off the Dogma.
Kazuya manages to escape miraculously, and now has to learn the technique of transforming into Super-1 in order to fight the Dogma, to avenge his colleagues, as well as to protect peace on Earth.
