A character and recurring antagonist in Kamen Rider Gavv.

Suga Kenzou is an independent researcher of the Granuto. He collects data on the Granuto and Gochizo.

Suga created the ValenBuster and performed surgery on Karakida Hanto to give Hanto the power to transform into Kamen Rider Valen.

For unknown reasons, Suga genetically engineered clones of Shouma, which are referred to as Bitter Gavv.

With the data he acquired from the Kamen Riders, Suga develops a device known as the BakeMagnum, which he uses to transform into Kamen Rider Bake.

After being defeated by Valen Frappe Custom, Nyelv Stomach finds a nearly dying Suga and takes him into his custody. Nyelv surgically modifies Suga's body with Granuto body parts and revives Suga in a zombie-like state.

While under Nyelv's control, the zombie Suga uses his BakeMagnum to mind control people and uses a Bitter Gavv to transform into Kamen Rider Bitter Gavv MarbleBreacookie Form. He was finally destroyed by Kamen Rider Vram à la Mode Mode, who also destroys Suga's BakeMagnum.

Hence his name, Bitter Gavv is an evil counterpart of Kamen Rider Gavv.

Trivia

• Suga is portrayed by Asanuma Shintaro, who is also a voice actor for various roles in anime, such as Crow Hogan from Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's.
  • Asanuma has also voiced several roles in tokusatsu, most notably Zyuran from Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger.
    • Like Zyuran, Suga also uses a gun to transform.
    • Prior to joining the main cast of Gavv, Asanuma did the voices for Dragonalos and the Dragon Malgam in Kamen Rider Gotchard 26.
