Rikuo's song "SWEET PAIN～甘美なる痛み～" is written by Kane Hiroaki (金弘秋) which is a parody of writer Inoue Akiko's pseudonym Kanehiro Aki (鐘弘亜樹). The composer is Hatte Saburo a pseudonym for a group of writers at Toei.
The monster being a treasure hunter is a reference to the Boukengers who were a sentai team of professional treasure hunters. The monster even says "Attack!" the way BoukenRed does.
The title of this episode is a reference to Boondorio from Boonboomger.
The Ayeayezir Crossandra (アイアイザー・クロサンドラ) is a reference to the English phrase "Aye aye sir" while being a pun on the grunts being named Aii. And the flower the crossandra, which is also known as the firecracker flower or summer candle, a reference to being in FireCandle's squad.
Cassious Bear is a reference to GoRanger.
The Ayeayezir comes out of a sign that says "Safety Fast" instead of "Safety First".
GozyuLeon might refer to GaoRed or other lion-themed Sentai rangers like Gaoon.
GozyuTyranno probably refers to the many reds who were tyrannosaurus themed, like KyouryuuRed, TyrannoRanger, or Zenkai Zyuran.
