Trivia
- Most of the episode is a reference to the story of Urashima Tarou. Space Dragon Palace is named after Ryuuguu Jou where Urashima Tarou visits.
- Shou mentions distracting him with "sea bream or flounder dancing" which is a line from the song Urashima Tarou.
- Garou transforms into Otohime, the princess from the tale.
- Balance steals a treasure chest called Tamatebako similar to the one that Urashima Tarou had at the end of his tale. In the tale, Urashima opens the box and all the time he missed suddenly is restored and he ages instantly. In the show, Balance ages 100 years instantly, going from 300 years old to 400 years old.
- The hint that red is the wrong button to push is at the beginning, when they show the lock on the prisoners. There are two lights, one is red, and the other is greyed out. When Garou pushes the blue button, the color turns blue, freeing the prisoners.
- The monster of the week's name is a slangy way of saying "that's what I said".
- His profile references that his design and background is related to UFO. His home planet is Cattlem (キャトルミ) which is short for Cattle Mutilation (キャトルミューティレーション) which is in the Taurus System, both references to urban legends of cows being captured and mutilated by aliens. Also, the monster's M.O. is kidnapping people by beaming them up to his space ship.
