George Karizaki is a former Fenix scientist and the creator of the Revice System who briefly became the third Kamen Rider Demons and later temporarily Kamen Rider Juuga.

Using the Juuga Driver with the Juuga Vistamp, Karizaki transforms into Kamen Rider Juuga.
Being a direct reference to one of Karizaki's favorite Kamen Riders, Juuga's design pays homage to Kuuga's Ultimate Form.
The Ju in Juuga's name is a reference to the number 10, as in the first 10 Vistamps used by Kamen Rider Revice before they gained access to the Barid Rex Vistamp.
