Hanto's actor reveals that Rago is a hyena Granuto.[2] According to Pixiv[3] Rago's named after [Rahu https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rahu] one of the celestial bodies in Hindu, which paired with Ketu explains eclipses. Like Rago's reemergence after 18 years, Rahu and Ketu's orbital cycle is also 18 years.
