- When the father says "Returning to a port" it's a pun on their family name meaning "port".
- Aqua Stream (ｱｸｱｽﾄﾘｭｰﾑ) is probably a reference to Ultraman Ginga Strium (ウルトラマンギンガストリウム) which are spelled almost identically in Japanese.
