Trivia
- Like the other DekaRangers, Neo DekaRed and Yellow have names that are based on tea names and sci-fi/mystery writers.
- Mugi Grafton is based on Mugi-cha (barley tea) and the mystery writer Sue Grafton.
- Asamu Asimov is based on Assam tea (the proper Japanese spelling should be Assamu though) and the sci-fi writer Isaac Asimov.
Actor and Staff Trivia
- Hata Mizuho is a frequent Sentai guest. She's guested on Boukenger, Shinkenger, and Go-Busters. This is her first time as a Sentai member though.
- Takemoto Noboru directed this OV and was the major director for the TV series (13 episodes) as well as the director for the finale. He also directed last year's Kyouryuuger 100 Years After.
- Arakawa Naruhisa was the head writer for DekaRanger. He wrote 27 episodes from the series, as well as the movie, and the AbaRanger Versus, and theMagiRanger Versus. He also wrote the DekaRanger tribute episode for Gokaiger as well as the Chou Ninjatai Inazuma! OV which had DekaRanger actors in them.
