Count Nile's name probably comes from the Nile River. Because of the black sediment that was left during floods, the ancient Egyptians would call the river Ar/Aur which means "black". The ancient Greeks called it Kem which also means "black".[1] Because of this, we see how Nile's name fits with the other commander's names, all of which means "black" in various languages.
Lady's puppet is named Passko, the way Ticket is the name of Conductor's puppet. The -ko at the end of the name is probably to indicate that it's a female puppet, since many Japanese girl's names end in -ko.
Passko's hat and uniform is covered in fruits. This is a reference to the show, Cooking Idol, which Fukuhara Haruka (Lady) sings the opening song for.
When Kagura turns into a panda, Tokacchi calls her the make-believe leader. This is from Station 06 when the group were figuring out their respective roles.
The Galaxy Line is very fitting for Right's dream of someday going into space.
The Galaxy Line is due to come back in 2039. It's previous arrivals were in 1989 and 1964. Yuri Gagarin became the first man to arrive in space in 1961.
