- Hanging from Kubota car are little boxing gloves, a reference to his past boxing experience mentioned in an earlier episode.
- Kubota realizes that Dr. Hinelar is his old friend Samejima for the first time, because he recognized the design of the NejiRangers from Samejima's work.
- NejiBlack (Yasui Kunihiko) also did the voice for Braco and Kou on GekiRanger, Ayakashi Gozunagumo on Shinkenger, and an Ant Lord on the Agito movie.
- NejiYellow (Katsuki Masako) also voiced Sailor Neptune, Seiren on MagiRanger, Phone Braver 2, and Silk Moth Fangire on Kiva.
