- The monster of the week forms a plan that is dependent on MegaSilver's time limit weakness.
- MegaSilver finally figures out a way to remove the time limit on his suit.
- Kubota accuses Hayakawa of having an ulterior motive for extending the time limit of his suit. At the end, a brief shot of an unknown vehicle is shown.

Mantis Nejiraa カマキリネジラー
- Voice: Kishino Kazuhiko
- His weapon is a scythe, which in Japanese is also "kama" 鎌, but a different kanji from kamakiri 蟷螂. Same idea though, considering a praying mantis' claws.
- He has multi faceted bug eyes, so he's able to see all five of the MegaRangers at the same time. Sorta like Chalice vision from Blade. Unfortunately, the effect in MegaRanger is just a composite shot of the five rangers.
