- The portable console that Tokiwa's classmate is playing on is branded Genm Corps, they're the company that mainly backed the antagonists in Ex-Aid.
- Despite wearing school uniforms, Tsukuyomi still wears her white cape, and Geiz still wears his black shoulder thingy.
- Owata's name might be a foreshadowing of his fate (It's Japanese for "The end"). It's also the name of a famous kuso game.
- When asked about games, Tsukuyomi says she's never played one where she needs to use her hands to play. To which Sougo replies, "The future is amazing." This is probably a reference to Back to the Future Part II. In the scene, Marty plays an arcade game. He does really well, but the little kids make fun of him for playing it with his hands. [1]
- At the arcade, Bang Bang Shooting and the game company logo, Namco, can be seen. Bang Bang Shooting was a game in Ex-Aid, and Namco contributed some games to some Ex-Aid specials.
- The code is a parody of the famous Konami code, but reversed. The Konami code is up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right and B+A together.
