Story
- Terui meets Katsuragi Aoi when he's on a pickpocket case.
- The Commander Dopant appears. He requires Terui and Aoi to bring him an item within two hours or else Aoi will be blown up by an equipped time bomb.
- Terui and Aoi are wanted by the public for shooting a fellow officer, Jinno.
- Akiko now worries about her husband's activities with another woman.
- The Commander Dopant is revealed to be Sagami Hiroshi. The item he requires is actually the GaiaMemory Power-Up Adapter.
- Sagami captures Akiko in the hope of driving Terui back into despair of losing a family member.

Trivia
- Accel is the main character of the story, so he plays a bigger role than W.
- The people of Fuuto do not have an appearance.
- In Movie Taisen Core, Akiko was married to Terui. So her family name is Terui in place of Narumi.
- This is the first and only time that Jinno is given an action role.
- After Frank's retirement from his magic career, he opens a coffee shop with his granddaughter (Lily Shirogane).
Actor Trivia
- Actor Tanaka Minoru previously portrayed Captain Sakomizu Shingo in 2006 Ultraman Mebius series. He committed suicide a few days after this movie went on sale, so this was one of the last things to feature his acting.
- Actor Shundou Mitsutoshi previously portrayed Mizorogi Shinya / Dark Mephisto in 2004 Ultraman Nexus series.
- Actor Yamamoto Kohei previously portrayed Bitou Kouta / HurricaneYellow in 2002 Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger series.
- Actor Suwa Tarou had a few guest roles in a few Kamen Rider series.
