Terui Ryuu files a request to solve a recent freezing incidents. Katahira Makiko is believed to be the Dopant when she leaves a flower at the crime scenes and runs away with the GaiaMemory in her hands.
Wakana reluctantly accepts herself to be part of Museum for her family's sake.
Terui has been learning about the Narumi Agency and W through through his gadget phone. He says that will someday take the Kamen Rider title in W's place.
A mysterious woman named Shroud gives Terui the AccelDriver. Terui uses it to transform into Kamen Rider Accel.
Accel suddenly wants to kill Katahira Makiko after she was defeated.
