The Kamen Rider Ryuki TV special episode.

All 13 Riders appear.
Kido Shinji is an ordinary journalist who doesn't know anything before his experience in Mirror World.
After the death of Sakakibara Kouichi, Shinji continues Sakakibara's wishes to stop the Rider Battle.
Most Riders rejected Shinji's offer and in return wanted to kill him.
Akiyama Ren finally befriended Shinji and passed the Knight Card Deck to him before dying.
This special serves two endings.
- Ending 1: Shinji continues the Rider Battle in Ren's place.
- Ending 2: Shinji destoryed the Core Mirror, however the Rider Battle still continue after the Core Mirror is destroyed.

Sakakibara Kouichi 榊原耕一 / Kamen Rider Ryuki: Actor: Wada Keiichi; The first and original Kamen Rider Ryuki before Kido Shinji. He intended to stop the Rider Battle, however he was unable to continue and passed the Ryuki Card Deck to Shinji.
Takamizawa Mitsurou 高見沢逸郎 / Kamen Rider Verde: Actor: Kuroda Arthur; A rich man who owns everything. His philosophy is that everyone is a Rider. He believes that we are all fighting to survive.

In this special, Kanzaki Yui is not an important character.
In this special, Akiyama Ren and Tezuka Miyuki were friends and now rivals for Ogawa Eri.
Asakura Takeshi dislikes cops and attorneys as usual. In this special, he even dislikes Sudou Masashi as he is both a cop and a Rider.
This special was released before Episode 34, so the users of Kamen Rider Tiger and Kamen Rider Imperer are not revealed in this special.
