Important things that happened
- Asakura finally fights Zolda. This time, Zolda is Gorou not Kitaoka because Kitaoka peacefully dies at his home.
- Kitaoka misses his only chance to have lunch with Reiko and his chance to settle the Rider Battle with Asakura.
- Asakura is disappointed to find out Zolda is not Kitaoka. He goes on a rampage, but he is shot down by the police.
- Ren fights Odin even though the Rider easily defeats him. Odin eventually disappears, saying Knight is the final Rider. Ren gives Eri a new life and dies from his wounds.
- Kanzaki Shirou seems to realizes the conclusion of the Rider Battle is a grief. He restores everything to its proper course through an unknown means.

Trivia
- This last episode was aired on January 19, 2003 (2003-01-19). During the previous episodes, the calendars marked something big would take place on this final day.
- Odin always returns from his defeated because Kanzaki Shirou produced a few copies of Odin's Card Deck. If one Odin is gone, another will continue to fight in the Rider Battle until the victory is claimed. Kanzaki Shirou would use this eventual chance to save Yui.
- After things are restore to the proper course a few things happened:
- Megumi is still hired at ORE Journal.
- Most of the Riders continue to live their regular lives.
- At Tea Atori, both Yui and Kanzaki Shirou in the photo frame are changed from adult age to their young age.
