Reiko meets Professor Potratz to learn about Kanzaki Shirou's past life in America. Unfortunately, Kanzaki Shirou sees through the conversation. He sends a Mirror Monster to kill the professor when his secrets were almost leaked to Reiko.
Mika continues to think Asakura saved her during her family trip on the Phoenix Express ferry. In respond, Asakura says he was using her as a bait for the Buzzstinger Mirror Monsters to appear. He eventually leaves her alone after successfully feeding his Mirror Monsters.
