Kido Shinji is the main protagonist of Kamen Rider Ryuki.

A novice journalist for ORE Journal, Shinji came across a Card Deck in Sakakibara Kouichi's apartment while investigating a series of disappearances.
His investigation would then lead him into the Mirror World, where Mirror Monsters reside and Kamen Riders battle one another for one wish.
Shinji becomes Kamen Rider Ryuki with the Card Deck and works to stop the Rider War and the Mirror Monsters.

Shinji is portrayed by Suga Takamasa.

Sakakibara Kouichi

榊原耕一

The man who fought as the first Kamen Rider Ryuki in the 13 RIDERS special.
Before dying from a battle with a Mirror Monster, Kouichi passed Ryuki's Card Deck on to Kido Shinji.

Kouichi is portrayed by Wada Keiichi.

Tatsumi Shinji

辰巳シンジ

Tatsumi Shinji is the World of Ryuki counterpart of Kido Shinji in Kamen Rider Decade.

Shinji is portrayed by Mizutani Momosuke.

Accessed by inserting Survive Rekka into the Dragvisor Zwei, which shouts Survive! after the card is inserted.
With Shoot Vent, Ryuki Survive can launch powerful, fiery blasts at his opponents.
Can turn Dragreder into Draglanzer via Final Vent (Ryuki Survive).

With the exception of Contract, Ryuki uses these cards with his Dragvisor to access weapons, summon Dragreder, and activate his Final Vent.

	Contract (契約) A blank card used to form a contract with a Mirror Monster. The monster becomes a Contract Monster once the contract is completed. First appearance: Ep 02
	Sword Vent (ソードベント) Attack: 300 Summons a flimsy sword by sliding this card into the Dragvisor. Used by Ryuki while in Blank form. First appearance: Ep 01

	Dragreder (ドラグレッダー) Attack: 5000 The Contract Monster of Ryuki. A red dragon is depicted on it. Can be summoned to assist Ryuki in battle. First appearance: Ep 02
	Sword Vent (ソードベント) Attack: 2000 Summons the Dragsaber (ドラグセイバー). The signature sword of Ryuki. Its blade comes from Dragreder's tail. First appearance: Ep 02
