Important things that happened

Kougami tries to give Eiji the Condor Medal which he got from his trip to Europe, but Eiji refuses due to Ankh might leave Shingo's body if his body is revived.
Kazari creates the first Yummy with two types which the other type was based on Mezool's Core Medals.
Gotou begins working at Cous Coussier after collapsing there from being out in the rain too long in the previous episode.
The Medal Holder is stolen by Okumura and gives it Kazari so he could be fully revived with the Cores that Ankh has.

Based on a lion and a jellyfish, it was created from Yamagane Toichi's desire for revenge on Okumura Yasuji, his former partner in crime betrayed him to Shingo who put him in jail. While inside of Yamagane, it can create a set of claws on the left hand. When it's fully evolved, it has the abilities of a lion and a jellyfish due to Kazari using Mezool's Core Medals in the creation so its weakness to the Lion Flash is nonexistent due to being part lion. When Cell Medals are cut out with slashing attacks, those Cell Medals become jellyfish. When cut, the jellyfish are multiplied. It can also use an cyclone attack similar to Kazari's.

The Episode Title refers to the Condor Medal, Shingo, and Okumaru's trait.
The OP sequence is back to the original since it is done with Movie Taisen Core. It is also updated to show Birth but no Date Akira though.
The flashback of Yamagane Toichi's capture is in a comic book format.
