Important things that happened

The Greeed (sans Ankh) have taken human forms after realizing that they can't move easily in their inhuman forms.
Kougami proposes to Ankh a deal that would him and Eiji to use the Medal System but in exchange that Kougami would get 70% of the Cell Medals from every battle.
Mezool creates a Yummy in this episode but its form is not revealed. Her method involves creating a nest of eggs which would feed off the greed of the host. It's still growing and haven't hatched yet. Also this nest is invisible to the host itself.
Eiji meets Uva for the first time and knows his human form.

The Episode Title refers to Eiji being chased by Uva (another meaning of it is Ankh trying to find Kougami), Mezool making a nest of Yummy, and Yamano's personality.
The Batta Candroid makes its first appearance in the show. It can be used with another Batta Candroid to communicate with another person.
The Greeed's human form are played by their voice actors except for Mezool's.
