Important things that happened

The Masked Rider Project files are found in a laboratory of Area X.
- The project was planned 35 years ago with Kagami is destined to be the God of Battle, Gatack.
- There is a man locked in the basement of the laboratory.
Tendou infiltrates into the police headquarters to learn about the secret of the Masked Rider Project. Kagami impersonates as Tadokoro in order to learn about ZECT's secrets.
A Worm, under Mamiya Rena, mimics Misaki to attack Juka.
Hiyori is very upset that she didn't learn anything in the Shibuya ruins when Tendou keeps avoiding her question about the Rider Belt.

When Tendou and Kagami talk about the Masked Rider Project, they found the planning of the project started on April 3, 1971 (1971-04-03). This is a reference to the first episode of the original Kamen Rider because the episode started exactly on that day.
Tendou learns Kagami Riku is the police commissioner in the police force. While questioning the comissioner, Tendou refers the Masked Rider Project as masquerade party to avoid suspicious from other officers.
