Important things that happened
- The episode opens with Yuuki being late to Kengo's 18th birthday party. The cook in the background turns out to be Gamou Mitsuaki. Kengo has one of his usual chronic attacks and falls into Gamou's arms.
- Flashback 20 years. Utahoshi and Gamou are on the moon, they find something from Presenter.
- Gentarou and Yuuki visit Ran and Haru in the hospital. Principal Hayami pulls up and announces that Ran has won a scholarship to study in America. He takes her and drives off when Leo Zodiarts attacks.
- Gentarou and Yuuki appear shortly after. This is when Hayami reveals that he is Libra Zodiarts.
- Hayami reveals that Sagittarius Zodiarts is Gamou.
- Hayami says that Ran is the last Horoscopes. When Gamou has all the Horoscopes Switches, he'll be able to use that and the Dark Nebula to warp to Presenter. However, this would cause massive destruction to Japan.
- While searching Emoto's place, Kengo has another attack. When Kengo gets up, he finds a USB drive with his name on it in Emoto's box of moon rocks.
- Hayami fights as a human against Leo to protect Ran. Seeing this, Ran feels bad for doubting him earlier. She presses the Switch and transforms into Pisces Zodiarts.
- Gamou taps Fourze on the shoulders and his eyes turn red, probably brainwashing him.

- A 2chan explanation for how Kuroki Ran's name is a hint that she's Pisces. It's pretty forced though:
