Important things that happened
- Gentarou comes back to life thanks to the Cosmic Switch. It gives him the ability to transform into Cosmic States, giving him the powers of all 40 Switches at once, plus an ability similar to Virgo Zodiarts's.
- Ryuusei has Meteor taken away from him again. Aries revives Iseki Jirou, who turns off the Switch, but quickly falls back into a coma after learning what Ryuusei had to do to save him. Losing Jirou again, Ryuusei realizes he sacrificed his friend Gentarou for no reason. He saves the Kamen Rider Club and his classmates from Subaruboshi by fighting the Dustards bare-handed. Gentarou saves him and forgives him. He's allowed back into the club and is Meteor again, his identity still a secret to Oosugi.
- Aries Zodiarts is defeated, his Switch given to Gamou by Virgo.
Guest Stars
- Yamada Tatsumori 山田 竜守 - Kawahara Kazuma
- Iseki Jirou 井石 二郎 - Yokohama Ryuusei
- Shirakawa Mei 白川 芽以 - Natsui Runa 夏居 瑠奈
Trivia
- After Gentarou dies, the scene in the warehouse become progressively dustier. Perhaps this is done on purpose to show how the world has fallen apart with the lead character dead.
- Tachibana reveals himself to the Rider Club for the first time. Kengo realizes that Tachibana was the one who gave him the Switch that took him to the Rabbit Hutch. Tachibana also gives a clue about his identity when he tells Kengo to look at the exterior of Rabbit Hutch for a clue on how to revive Gentarou.
- When Kengo finds the writing carved into the wall, it's covered in dust. Since the moon has no atmosphere or wind, there shouldn't be any dust covering the wall unless someone put it there.
- More Bruce Lee references. Ryuusei's flying kick against Aries during the execution scene is very much like Bruce Lee's.
- In the afterlife scene, Gentarou is seen standing in what appears to be a golden river. On one shore is the silhouette of his parents, on the other is Kengo. This is probably a reference to the Sanzu River, which the Japanese believe the dead must cross to enter the afterlife.
- When Gentarou catches Ryuusei, the scene momentarily flashes to show Kengo nonchalantly walking into the scene, swinging his briefcase. It's a pretty good bit of subdued visual acting.
- Ryuusei finally does the friendship handshake with Gentarou.
- In 31-32, Gentarou says to Aries a few times that he will "Wake him up."
- First time that "Cosmic Mind" is played. Gentarou also says the Cosmic States catchphrase for the first time, "Using our bond, we will grab on to space!"
- Tomoko is the one at the end who hands Ryuusei his MeteorDriver.
Climax Episode
- Bond Between the Stars 天星の絆
Episodes 31-32 were cut together and released on Blu-ray/DVD with a few minutes of extra footage. The second episode's opening was cut as well as the previews. The two episodes were given a new title "Bond Between the Stars". At the end of 32, they show all the footage of Kengo, Gentarou, and Yuuki running around the JAXA museum that's used in the opening.
New scenes include:
- Tachibana telling Ryuusei to stay calm. In response, Ryuusei says he only acts according to plans. Tachibana actually tells Ryuusei to calm down again when Ryuusei realizes that defeating Aries may not be enough to revive Jirou. This further enforces Ryuusei showing desperation and Tachibana's growing loss of control over him, leading to the betrayal.
- Tomoko saying that the Cosmic Switch is like the embodiment of Cosmic Energy. Kengo says that Fourze will be the perfect super human with it.
- Gentarou commenting that Kengo should have learned from the Magnet incident (since the Cosmic Switch didn't work, he assumed it was broken).
- Yuuki coming up with the idea to have Oosugi help in getting the club over to Subaruboshi High School.
- When they first encounter Yamada, Kengo asks him straight out if he's the Switcher. In the same scene Yuuki asks about Yamada's script writing, to which he foreshadows that he really likes it when people get into his stories.
- Yamada explains that he was lenient on Shirakawa because she was in the literature club, and assumed she would be an asset to his work. This explains why Shirakawa gave Ryuusei the book at the beginning of episode 31.
- Yamada tells Shirakawa not to mess up the execution scene since "people only die once". Pretty ironic considering Gentarou comes back from the dead very soon after.
Cut Footage for episodes 21, 22, 29, 30
The Blu-Ray also includes cut footage from episodes 21-22, and 29-30. It's about 11 minutes of footage. Apparently none of the sound editing was done on this footage. In a hallway scene, all the background sounds are audible. Virgo's walking is audible, and her voice isn't processed the usual way either.
- In the episode 22 footage, Tomoko is seen playing with magnets, saying she's learning about Magnet States.
- There's even more footage of Kijima being a creepy stalker.
- One of the cut footage has Shun working out with some dumbbells. In a much later scene, when Oosugi is rampaging in Rabbit Hutch, he tries to pick up the dumbbell to throw it, but he can't lift it.
