Story
- The Police DenLiner investigate a spare Den-O Pass that was stolen by an Imagin.
- Detective Suzuki Kazuya was sent to join in the investigation.
- The investigation leads them to meet Kurenai Wataru and Nomura Shizuka as well as learning rumors of an evil organization.
- Yuuto and Deneb were part of the evil organization. Later, it is revealed that they were undercover.
- The climax battle against Negataros starts with Wataru joins in the fight as Kamen Rider Kiva.
- The DenLiner drops Suzuki off in the time of 22 years ago. He sees his father, Suzuki Kazuma, questioning Kurenai Otoya.

- In contrast to Den-O, Nega Den-O doesn't change forms when he changes the DenGasher into different mode.
- The weapons armed on the Nega DenLiner are all creatures.
- This is the first Heisei Rider movie featuring a crossover between two Rider series. Is followed by Chou Den-O & Decade the Movie and Movie Taisen series.
- Although this is a crossover, in reality it's more a Den-O movie with Kiva as a guest.
