Story

Setting: Tsukasa's World

Tsukasa returns to his World and reunites with his little sister, Sayo.
Tsukasa recovers his memories only to learn that he is Dai Shocker's Great Leader.
Tsukikage and Sayo double-cross Tsukasa and take control of Dai Shocker to carry out the plan of taking over the worlds.
Tsukasa regains his confidence and decides to fight against Dai Shocker.
Kamen Rider W makes his first appearance.

Trivia

The movie serves as an ending to the TV series since it explains Tsukasa's origin. Narutaki's warning to Natsumi is right, Decade will destory worlds because Tsukasa is Dai Shocker's Great Leader.
Sayo plays a piano song known as Debussy's Moonlight. She describes herself as a chick who can't fly from its nest, but looks up at the moon in a lonely expression.
Tsukikage means "moonlight" but the individual kanji mean "moon" and "shadow".
The design of Gackt Riderman's arm blaster was done by Amemiya Keita. He admits this on a tweet he made showing his various sketches.
W makes his first appearance in this movie. This starts a tradition of previewing the next series Rider in the summer Rider movie.
- W's form change effect is different from the TV series. Which means this is an early test before the effect was finalized for the TV series.

Actor Trivia

After ten years, Tominaga Kenji dons the suit for Kuuga again. He was Kuuga's stunt actor when Kuuga was aired.
Gackt sings The Next Decade and portrays Yuuki Jouji in this movie.
Kasyu Toshiki and Kurata Tetsuo both reprise their original main Rider roles of Agito and Black in this movie.
