- Gills destroys the G3 Unit. G3's mask is broken and Shouichi sees that Hikawa is the operator.
- Ozawa announces that the G3 System was just a prototype, and that she plans to build a new G3 System called the G3-X.
- Houjou starts development on his on Anti-Unknown System called the V1 System. V for victory. At the head of this project is Professor Takamura, Ozawa's former teacher.
- When put in a simulation for the G3-X, Hikawa undergoes severe stress and eventually collapses.

- Takamura is a professor at Jouhoku University 城北大学. This is a parody of famous college Jounan University. The joke here is that Jounan 城南 means "Southern castle" so of course parodies of it are going to be "Northern castle" which is what Jouhoku would mean.
