Trivia

  • In Garo Special: Beast of the White Night, Tsubasa's two students are named Hyuuga and Akatsuki which mean "place of sunlight" and "daybreak". And despite the sun theming in the episode, Kazuma's name does not appear to be sun related.
  • Tsubasa mentions that it's been over 10 years since he saw his friend. The Garo series is a little over 10 years old at this point. This would also mean that Tsubasa's friend left a few years before Kouga meets Tsubasa during the events of Beast of the White Night.
  • The episode title 陰日向 was translated to Sun Light and Shadow, but it's a term that means "two faced". The kanji come from the kanji for "shadow" in front of "a sunny place".
