A term that refers to otaku girls. The kanji literally mean "rotten girls".

A lot of these girls are fans of BL and Yaoi.

The term is a corruption of Fujoshi 婦女子, which just means "woman, wife". The first kanji 婦 fu/lady is replaced with 腐 fu/rotten.
