Story
- A group of Oni arrived at the present time to find the Oni's Kirifuda which they intend to summon the Warship of Onigashima.
- Yuu hesitantly helps the DenLiner crew to stop the Oni.
- The DenLiner crew helps Toki's village to fight the Oni.
- Deneb thinks Yuu is actually Yuuto when he heard Toki and Yuu's conversation.
- Tsukasa lends his help after he returns Sieg to the DenLiner crew.
- The present Yuuto returns and waits for Deneb. Deneb was correct that Yuu is indeed the Young Sakurai Yuuto.

Trivia
- Even though New Den-O replaces Den-O as the main character in the Den-O series, the DenLiner's exterior retains the original white color to represent the traditional Den-O series is still a continue.
- Onigashima is the home of the oni from the Momotarou fable.
- Toki's name means "time" in Japanese.
- Although this is a crossover, in reality it's more a Den-O movie with Decade as a guest.

- Actor Mizoguchi Takuya replaced Satou Takeru in portraying Nogami Ryoutarou after Saraba Kamen Rider Den-O the Movie: Final Countdown.
Director's Cut
An extension of the movie with additional footages that are not featured in the theatrical cut.
