Azuma Michinaga participates in the Desire Grand Prix as Kamen Rider Buffa. His day job is a construction worker. His co-worker Imai Tooru was also in a previous Desire Grand Prix.

Using the Desire Driver and Raise Buckles with the Buffa ID Core attached to the driver, Michinaga transforms into Kamen Rider Buffa.
Buffa is named after buffalo.
A fierce competitor in the Desire Grand Prix, Buffa battles aggressively against Jamato. Uses the Zombie Breaker as his default weapon.
